Riso Printed Notecards: Yellow Pencil

$18.00

The word pencil comes from the old French word ‘pincer’ which means ‘small paintbrush’, which in turn comes from Latin ‘pencillus’ which means a ‘little tail’.

These charming folded notecards are printed in small batches by London-based Scout Editions on the risograph. Riso printing is an energy-efficient process, similar to screen printing, in which the artwork is burnt onto a master. The master is then hand-fed layer by layer through a print drum. Please note that prints will vary slightly and offsetting may occur, making each a charming limited edition of one.

We are so pleased to be the only U.S. stockist of Scout Editions’ coveted designs.

Packaged as a set of 4 notecards, each paired with a grey envelope.
